Part 3 Letting Go Of The Past, Being In The Here And Now To Create The Future I Long For

What do I believe keeps me from being fully present? From finding Joy in life? And from connecting to others? How do I create a relationship to what I am most longing for?

As I balance my body and emotions I create new thoughts. These thoughts provide a place for trust in something greater than myself. Calm, Peace and Joy are found when we center and connect to our hearts. Learning to connect the heart and the Third Eye connects us to the Astral plane. On this level of the Auric Field we can connect to our Guides and Spiritual resources. Activities in this class include developing connection to our Auric Field, opening our hearts to Calm, Peace and Joy, and creating a relationship with our Guides and Spiritual resources. Nature and horse provide a support for grounding and opening to achieve a level of consciousness that helps enhance the process.

Arrive at 9:30 for registration and quiet time. Please dress according to the weather, wear sturdy shoes or boots. Please bring food and beverage as you require.
